AGREEMENT By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

WHO MAY USE IT Court Diary is meant for advocates and their office staff. You confirm that the Bar Council enrollment number you enter is your own.

YOUR ACCOUNT You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access. After five wrong login attempts an account is locked for six hours as a safety measure.

YOUR DATA IS YOURS You own the information you enter. We do not claim any right over it. You can export it at any time.

WHAT THE SERVICE IS AND IS NOT Court Diary is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal advice, and it is not a substitute for checking the court record. Hearing dates fetched automatically from court websites are provided as a convenience and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. You must verify every date against the court record. We are not responsible for a missed hearing, a limitation period, or any consequence of relying on information shown in the app.

ACCEPTABLE USE Do not use the service to store anything unlawful, do not try to reach another user data, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

PAYMENTS Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Razorpay. Prices are shown on the pricing section and may change with notice. Tax is charged where applicable.

CANCELLATION You may cancel at any time. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

SUSPENSION We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently. Where possible we will tell you first.

AVAILABILITY We work to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and faults happen.

LIMIT OF LIABILITY To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kota, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.

CHANGES We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
