WHO WE ARE Court Diary is a case management application for advocates, operated from Kota, Rajasthan, India.

WHAT WE COLLECT When you create an account we collect your name, mobile number, email address and Bar Council enrollment number. When you use the app, we store the case, client, hearing, fee and task information that you enter.

WHY WE COLLECT IT Your account details identify you and let you sign in. Your case data exists only so the application can show it back to you. We do not use it for any other purpose.

WHO CAN SEE YOUR DATA Only you, and any junior you personally add to your office. This is enforced by the database, not merely by the application. Juniors can see only the cases you assign to them. We do not sell, rent or share your data with any third party.

STAFF ACCESS Our staff do not read your case files. Access to the production database is limited to what is needed to keep the service running, and is used only to fix a fault you have reported.

WHERE IT IS STORED Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the Mumbai region, India.

SERVICES WE USE We use Supabase for the database and authentication, and Razorpay for payments. Payment card details are handled entirely by Razorpay; we never see or store them.

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT As long as your account exists. If you stop paying, your account moves to the Free plan and your data remains. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within thirty days.

YOUR RIGHTS You can export all your case data as a spreadsheet at any time from Settings, at no cost. You can correct your details from the profile screen. You can ask us to delete your account by writing to us.

CHILDREN The service is meant for practising advocates and is not directed at anyone under eighteen.

CHANGES If this policy changes, the date at the top will change and the new version will appear here.
